Ingredients

2 cups roasted minced garlic
5 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons mustard powder
2 tablespoons dried thyme
5 tablespoons dried rosemary, finely chopped
5 tablespoons orange zest
2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Pork shoulder or butt roast

 
Directions
Prepare a pork rub by combining the following ingredients in a bowl: 2 cups roasted minced garlic 5 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons mustard powder 2 tablespoons dried thyme 5 tablespoons dried rosemary, finely chopped 5 tablespoons orange zest 2 1/2 teaspoons black pepper Rub mixture over entire pork shoulder or butt roast. 
Place into crock pot on medium high setting for 6 to 8 hours. 
Remove roast from crock pot and place on cutting board. Allow meat to set for ten minutes before shredding meat and serving with preferred sides.
