Ingredients

1 pork shoulder or butt roast
2 cups white vinegar
4 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes

Sandwich buns
Coleslaw

 
Directions
My family LOVES my Carolina pork bbq recipe. I simply place a pork shoulder or butt roast in my crockpot (I have quadrupled this recipe for parties) with a mixture of two cups white vinegar and 4 tbsp of crushed red pepper flakes. I cook the roast on low for about 8 hrs. When the roast is done I pull the pork apart with a fork. I serve the pulled pork on buns with cole slaw!
