Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. boneless pork loin-cubed 
1 Tblsp. cornstarch 
1 Tblsp. paprika 
1 Tblsp cumin 
1 tsp. caraway seeds 
1 Tblsp. vegetable soup base 
salt and pepper to taste 
water to cover pork in crock pot. 
1 cup sour cream

 
Directions
Yield 4 Ingredients  
1.In a stainless steel bowl, mix pork,cornstarch,spices and vegetable base. 
2. Pour into crock pot,cover with water,set for slow cooking 2 1/2 hours. 
3. Check consistency,mix in sour cream,turn off crock pot.Serve hot. 
Suggested side dishes: Store bought Spaetzle mix or noodles and good quality sauerkraut warmed up.
