Candace Cameron BureHosea RosenbergIf you are the pork “Crock-Star” of your home kitchen, America’s pork producers want to see your slow cooker salute!  Through September 27, 2010, submit an original slow cooking pork recipe in the first-ever “Search for America’s Pork ‘Crock-Star’” contest.  In October, five winners will win a trip to New York City to compete at Crocktoberfest!  In addition to rubbing elbows with celebrity mom Candace Cameron Bure and winner of “Top Chef – Season 5” Chef Hosea Rosenberg, one lucky entrant will walk away with the grand prize.
Along with a two-night stay and airfare to New York City, each finalist will also receive a Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker, and a six-month supply of Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liners. “America’s Pork ‘Crock-Star’” will take home $5,000, a year’s worth of Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liners, and up to $500 worth of pork (approximately 75 pounds) which will be donated in their name to a food bank of their choice.
